Methuselah’s Cellar™ is a member’s area that has been meticulously designed by our CEO Eamonn Egan  and is not only an incredible space but ensures a unique experience each and every time you visit.

The cellar is beautifully hand-crafted and presented in Figured Tasmanian Oak and consists of 44 private member Vin~Crypts™, with each Vin~Crypt™ storing 216 bottles. Sitting between the Vin~Crypts™ and running down each side of the cellar are suede-lined glass display cabinets featuring museum wines from many of the world's most renowned wineries.

Methuselah’s Cellar™ has also been designed for our members to utilise for private dining and causal or formal tutored tastings.

Penfolds Grange Collection

In Methuselah’s Cellar™ the central wine display hosts the only Dual Vertical public display of Penfolds greatest wine ‘Penfolds Grange’. The Vertical Collection of Penfolds Grange consists of both bottles (1951-2008) and magnums (1979-2008). The collection includes Max Schubert’s first experimental vintage of 1951, and the 1500mls consists of the first ever bottled 1979 Magnum format.
