How to Order and Pay

You can buy products from Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics in the following way:

Ordering Online


  1. Step One: Browse the website for the subscriber log in page

If you have not already registered for a Subscription Account please complete the requested information on the Account Registration page.

Step Two: Going to Transfer out & confirming your order

When you are ready to complete your order, follow the on screen prompts to complete the order process. At this stage you can add, remove and update your order before you confirm the order.

Check that your order is correct. You can then update or change delivery address before making a payment.

Step Three: Making a payment

Once you have confirmed your order, you will be re-directed to a secure online payment gateway to verify your details and safely complete your transaction. Please follow the instructions on the secure payment pages and we suggest you print out a receipt for your records.

Payment options

Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics' preferred option for payment is by credit card in order to facilitate an instantaneous order process and confirmation to you. Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics can accept payment by bank transfer, however please note your order is not complete or able to be delivered until cleared funds are received by Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics. Payments by bank transfer do not guarantee that stock will still be delivered in the timeframe when you first requested the transfer to be received. However from a practically point of view, we will try and meet your suggested/requested timeframes. Payment by bank transfer can be made by contacting us.

Once your payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming that we have received your order, complete with your order details and a reference number. Please keep this email for your records.

Payment terms

All prices listed are in GBP – Great British Pounds. You must pay before delivery. Your purchase made on Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics' website may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock.

Deliveries

Delivery charges are presented to you at the time you place your order. Deliveries are only available within the stated delivery zones. As per our delivery requirements, we will deliver only to attended addresses. Where a delivery is not effected due to the provided delivery address being unattended, you will be charged a fee for re-delivery of your order. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Breakage

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon receipt for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakage shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.

Price & availability changes

Any services provided through Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics is subject to change without prior notice. Prices and availability may fluctuate with the market. Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics reserves the right to change prices or availability without penalty to Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics or the customer.

Cancelling orders

You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. You cannot subsequently cancel an order.

My credit card has been declined – what should I do?

If your credit card has been declined, please check you have entered your card details correctly including the “Card Verification Value” (CVV); failing that please contact your credit card company.

What is Card Verification Value (CVV)?

(CSC) or Card Identification Digit (CID) is an additional security feature for web based payments. The “Card Identification Digits” can be either three or four digits in length depending on the card issuer. For example, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club show the CSC or CVV as the three-digit value printed on the signature panel on the back of the card.

For American Express, the Security Code is the 4 digit printed (not embossed or raised) number on the left or right of the card, above or below the card number.

Credit card surcharges

In line with industry practice, Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics charges a surcharge which allows us to recover the costs of processing credit card payments (called merchant service fees). Payment by credit card attracts a surcharge per transaction which will be added to the total price of your order when you select your credit card type.

The following charges apply:
American Express – 4.228%
Visa & MasterCard – 1.628%

Credit card surcharges are non-refundable in all cases, even if the purchase itself is refundable.

My order has not arrived – how can I check it?

To check your order, please contact us. Please quote your order number in all communications so we can speedily assist you.

Is my order insured during transit?

While Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics takes due care, Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics does not accept any liability for loss, damage, deterioration or damage through adverse weather conditions, whilst in transit to your destination address. Marine Transit Insurance is provided by for all deliveries if you have selected insurance as part of your order. An excess of £350 applies. All insurance is provided under a group policy and subject to the limits, exclusions and conditions of that policy, a copy of which can be obtained from us by request.

Product Guarantee and Returns

Regarding all orders placed on the Artisan Global 3PL Beverage Logistics website: Valid reasons for return:

  • Wrong product was sent; within 7 days of receipt together with proof of purchase (e.g., different brand than ordered). 
  • Shipper errors – we will file a claim against the our shipper, warehouse or both, and if it is an internal issue we will investigate the matter immediately and respond to your claim in writing

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Please allow 5-10 working days to most areas for delivery. The delivery lead time will be set out in the order placement screen, with most areas serviced within 72 hours from placement of order.

Shipping Costs

These are displayed to you at the time of order placement, and you can choose to accept the quotation or select pick up*, as opposed to delivery.
